NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PROCEEDINGS
VACATION OF A PORTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
The City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota did, on the 2"d of September,
2008, by resolution No. 2008-049 duly passed, partially vacates that certain Easement for
utility purposes as created in document filed December 21, 1993, as Document No.
542128, the beneficial interest of which was conveyed to the City of Albertville by Quit �
Claim Deed dated August 25, 2008 and filed OCTOBER 8 , 2008 as Document
No. 1099773 at the Wright County Recorder's Office, Wright County,
Minnesota, and partially vacates those drainage and utility easements as dedicated in the
plat of Westwind Third Addition as to:
That part of Lot l, Block 1, Westwind Third Addition, Wright County, Minnesota,
being a 20.00 foot strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 1; thence southwesterly
on an assumed bearing of South 29 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds West,
along the easterly line of said Lot 1 and its southerly extension, a distance of
394.00 feet; thence North 60 degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds West a distance
of 197.00 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described;
thence North 60 degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence South 29 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 33.00 feet
and said centerline there terminating.

along the easterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 69.54 feet; thence North 60
degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 170.00 feet to the point of
beginning of the parcel to be described; thence North 29 degrees 11 minutes
06 seconds East a distance of 62.00 feet; thence North 60 degrees 48 minutes
54 seconds West a distance of 61.07 feet; thence South 00 degrees 16
minutes 43 seconds West a distance of 29.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees
43 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 17.00 feet; thence South 6 degrees
28 minutes 48 seconds East a distance of 55.18 feet to the point of beginning
and there terminating.

That part of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated in Lot 1, Block 1,
WESTWIND THIRD ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof,
' Wright County, Minnesota, being a 7.50 foot wide strip of land, the
southeasterly line of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of said Lot l; thence southeasterly
on an assumed bearing of South 60 degrees 48 minutes 54 seconds East,
along the northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 77.92 feet; thence South
29 degrees 11 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to the point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence continuing South 29 degrees
11 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 293.79 feet and said line there
terminating.
All Council members voted in favor of the resolution.
