Hi Nick,
Following up the email below from Al Brixius to you yesterday.
We are in process of assembling items to request a 5.0 ft vacate of the existing d&u easement on select lots in this
project. Attached is a basic markup. Our surveyor is generating a legal description and graphic that we will be
submitting to the city.
One thing to note is that we discussed a modified patio configuration that extends no more than 8 feet from the
sunroom rear wall of the home. This configuration would extend 4 feet into the existing d&u easement. With the 5.0 ft
vacate, there would be 1.0 ft additional space if needed. See that attached sketch that I received from Jon.
