Per the inspection that occurred on Friday the 16, and a then another re-inspection on Monday the 19Hunters

Lake Estates erosion control passed, but Towne Lakes 7 is still not ready. Henry will need to schedule the

inspection for Towne Lakes when he is ready. Based on the results of the inspection that Henry will be scheduling,
and once I receive the approvals from Steve Hosch and Adam, I will be able to process the building permits.

I just spoke with Paul about the building permit status at Towne Lakes. He will be inspecting the site
upon Henry’s notice of completion of grading and erosion control, in the next couple days. I would like
th
to know what needs to occur for building permits to become available for the 7 Addition, so Capstone
can begin home construction. Paul thought that Adam may have some requirements as well.
Please let us know so we are all on the same page. If the site is ready for inspection in the next day or
two, we’d like to dig the first homes by the end of the week.
