Scott,
I spoke with Kim today—the mylars she has for Hunters Lake Estate are the old ones with Dingman's name as signature and
the file path on the bottom. I have an electronic version of what I assume is the new plat(with Douglas A. Carlson signing as
the owner and no file path), but Kim does not have this mylar.
A few other items will need to be taken care of:
• Outlots D and E of Hunters Pass that are being platted with Towne Lakes still have a mortgage on them from Sentry
Bank. We have a mortgage subordination from Sentry for the Hunters Lake Estate lots, but not for outlets D and E of
Hunters Pass. I will prepare the subordination agreement subordinating this mortgage to the Towne Lakes 7th
developer's agreement. We will need that subordination before the plat can be recorded.
• These same outlots D and E will need to have a consent to plat filled out by Sentry Bank before the County will allow
the TL7th plat to be recorded.
• We do not have the covenants for TL7th and I understand that there is a meeting with the Towne Lakes Homeowners'
Association scheduled for next week. This will not hold up recording of the plat, but I expect the City will not issue
any building permits until this issue is resolved.
Kim and I believe the order of recording for Towne Lakes 7th will be as follows:
1. Deed from CDH to HSB.
2. Notice of completion of proceedings (Couri to prepare).
3. Plat.
4. Consent to plat (for Outlets D and E—Title Company to prepare?).
5. Developer's Agreement.
6. Mortgage subordination for Outlots D and E (Couri to prepare).
7. Deed for Outlots A and B from HSB to City.
