After review of the various emails on these particular transactions- below find the documents we are anticipating to receive along with recording order and amount due. Attached are documents that Michael Couri drafted that need to be executed by Sentry Bank, CDH, and HSB respective to their plats. I have also included invoices for recording and TCA fees. When we have received all of the original documents listed below, along with the necessary closing funds from each party, we will promptly proceed to Wright County to begin the filing process. Related to Hunters Lake Estates: Colleen - • please advise when you have the consent to plat, partial release, and subordination agreement are executed and whether you team will be delivering to us or if you will need us to pick-up the executed documents. Tony - • The city is requesting that Doug resign a deed for the outlots that CDH is transferring. We had prepared a quit claim deed and the City has drafted a Warranty Deed - document is attached and will need to be executed in the presence of a Notary Public. • Please advise as to who will be picking up the original City documents: Recording Order for Hunters Lake Estates and Funds for recording will be: • Deed - Outlot C Towne Lake 7th Addition - HSB to CDH (TCA has original document) o $46.00- recording o $5.00- Conservation fee o $1 .65-State Deed tax • Final plat Hunters Lake Estates - NOTE-TCA will need the original document for recording o $56.00 • Final Plat Set up Fee o $75.00 • Consent to Plat from Sentry Bank NOTE-TCA will need the original documents for recording 1 o $46.00 • Partial Release of Outlots A & B from Sentry Bank NOTE-TCA will need the original documents for recording o $46.00 • Deed - Outlots A & B from CDH to City NOTE-TCA will need the original documents for recording o $46.00- recording o $5.00- Conservation fee o $1 .65-State Deed tax • Conditional Use/Planned Unit Development Agreement (TCA has original document) o $46.00 • Mortgage Subordination Agreement - NOTE-TCA will need the original documents for recording o $46.00 • 2017 Real Estate Taxes have been paid in full • $570.30 -includes recording fees and TCA walk through fee Related to Towne Lakes 7th addition: Henry - • The city is requesting that a deed for the outlots that HSB is transferring to be re-signed. If anyone has any changes in the order of recording, please let me know. It is my understanding that Adam or Kari or someone from their team will be recording these documents.
