Thanks for catching Outlot C—I did not have that on my recording list. Your recording list has everything on it that Kim and I
were able to identify(I changed the consent to Development Agreement to a Mortgage Subordination to Development
Agreement).
• Outlot C Towne Lakes 7th Addition to be deed from HSB to CDH
• Final plat
• Consent to Plat from Sentry Bank
• Convey Outlots A & B, Hunters Lake Estates to City of Albertville
• Development Agreement
• Mortgage Subordination to Development Agreement from Sentry Bank
• New financing documentation –if any
Kim will have to check for the consent to plat form on Monday. Thank you.

Following up on your email below. Date of plans and specifications is September 07, 2017.
Regarding sequence of recording,Tri County Abstract staff previously forwarded the recording sequence of documents
as below:
• Particular to Hunter Lake Estates
o We understand this will be filed post Towne Lakes 7th addition

o At this time the City of Albertville is holding all documentation related to the plat
pending receipt of development fees.
o Anticipating that the below documents will need to be filed with the plat:
• Outlot C Towne Lakes 7th Addition to be deed from HSB to CDH
• Final plat
• Consent to Plat from Sentry Bank
• Convey Outlots A & B, Hunters Lake Estates to City of Albertville
• Development Agreement
• Consent to Development Agreement from Sentry Bank
• New financing documentation -if any
Could you review and email an updated sequence with any additional city documents?
Can somebody look in the final plat tube container that is currently at city hall and see if the consent to plat form is
there? I'm pretty sure we had it completed and put it in the tube.
