Adam and Al,
I understand Henry has discussed the end unit footprint modification to achieve desired garage size and incorporate a ½
bath into the unit.
Sorry for the last minute update. Plans have been updated to reflect the footprint change of the end units accordingly.
Attached are the PUD Amendment Plans and Landscape Plans with revision date 06/07/2017, as well as copies of both
4-unit and 6-unit architectural plans dated 06/06/2017. Plans attached are pdf 11x17 size.
We are in process of generating a color rendering of a typical townhome building and will forward that as soon as it is
available.
I am in process of printing full size prints of these revised plans. I will get the delivered to City Hall as soon as I can.
Al, let me know if I should send one full size copy to you direct.
