Gentlemen: The Towne Lakes and Hunters Pass PUDs established architectural standards and setbacks for the homes in these subdivisions. Any approval of the current applications will include meeting these past in-place standards. In our past discussions you indicated that you may be pursuing housing styles that do not meet these established standards. If you wish to change these standards for these current subdivision applications I will need the following: 1. The proposed house designs 2. A list and description of the changes from the current standards established standards. 3. A letter from the Towne Lakes HOA approving the requested changes from the established architectural standards. rd 4. A letter from the Hunters Pass HOA, stating that they do not want the 3 addition as part of their HOA. Without this information we will be process these plats, with the condition that past PUD conditions will be applied to th these new lots. To address all these issues at the September 12 planning commission meeting, I will need this th information by August 30. Please call me with any questions, regarding this issue. 1
