. Roessler requested concept approval for the proposal from the
PlanningCOlllmtssion. Planning Commission ehatrman Berning stated
that although ~ sees no problem witt>- the concept plan presented
personally, the major problem is 'with the annexation of the
properties. Commissioner Anderson is! not tnfavor of smaller lot
sizes in the first phase of the Planned Unit Development.
Planner Ltcht indicated the time frame as proposed by Roesller
tor the first section is unrealistic.
