Under cItizen forum, Tracey Helgeson, of 11657 54th Street NE, Albertville, was present
to ask I; she eouid have a refund on the credit that she has on her account She
exolatned she has a credit because her bill was overestimated and nor paid, therefore,
vvere certified to her taxes Since then she brought In a meter read ng and gotten her
account straightened out She would like to use t!-,~ money to reimburse her Mortgage
Company for the amount that 'vvdS eertlfleC! to taxes on her property by the Board br
unpaid water
~ Motion was then Made by Tim Zimmerman to refund the credit she has on her
account The Motion was then Seconded by Barb irvine and Passed unanlmoLlsly
Corrections were made to the Apnl 24, 2000 minutes and Will be presented for approval
at the next meeting

hearing, to hear any objections to the EDA Contract Charges, on June 22,2000 at 8 00
