CHANGE SPRINKLING TIMES TO BEGIN ON ODD/EVEN DAYS AT 8 PM TO 10
AM NEW SOD/SEED CAN BE WATERED, FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS, ANY
TIME ANY DAY It was determIned new sod must be venfied by a receipt and the
account marked
Browmng presented the US FIlter 2000 ReconCllIatton All questIons were answered
MOTION BY HAGERTY, SECONDED BY PAULLIN TO APPROVE THE 2000
RECONCILIATION MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
MOTION BY PAULLIN, SECONDED BY HAGERTY TO APPROVE LTP PAY
REQUESTS #2 AND #3 MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
MOTION BY HAGERTY, SECONDED BY PAULLIN TO APPROVE MOORHEAD
PAY REQUEST #16 MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Cathn presented proposal from Leuer/Munstertelger After much diSCUSSion the proposal
presented was accepted with the followmg changes Item 1) It was agreed that
Leuer/Munstertelger would pay the Board's purchase pnce for the parcel Without a 5%
premium Item 7) JPWB agrees to no more than 1/3 of the cost of the Ivory Lane
restoration Item 8) The Board Will pay $7,500 for the engmeenng and surveying fees
Item 11) Whether the developer or the Board takes care of thIs portIon Will be left up to
the Board's engineer when the time comes
Cathn suggested that the Board authonze the three Mayors to Sign a purchase agreement
and whatever legal documents need to be Signed The Board's legal counsel Will prepare
the final agreement documents
MOTION BY HAGERTY, SECONDED BY KOTTKE TO AGREE TO A PURCHASE
PRICE OF $63,670 24, $7,500 FOR ITEM #8, AND 1/3 ON NORY LANE FOR ITEM
#7 HEM #11 WILL BE LEFT UP TO THE BOARD'S ENGINEER AT THE TIME
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Leuer/Munstertelger requests the Board's spectfic pernnsslon, SInce they do not yet own
the land, to get started readYing the site for removal of excess fill for gradIng to begm
Mid-August Issue of proper msurance was discussed Cathn recommends granting
Leuer/Munstertelger nght of entry to properties discussed
MOTION BY VETSCH, SECONDED BY HAGERTY TO GRANT RIGHT OF ENTRY

COVERED PROPERLY MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Braunwarth requested that Evenson Dodge be allowed to look mto the bond for poSSible
savmgs by refinancmg There IS no cost to the Board and nothIng would take place
without further authonzatlOn of the Board MOTION BY VETSCH, SECONDED BY
PAULLIN TO ALLOW EVENSON DODGE TO LOOK INTO POSSffiLE SAVINGS
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
MOTION BY PAULLIN, SECONDED BY KOTTKE TO APPROVE THE LIST OF
CLAlMS MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Paullm noted the fine Job done by Browmng on the open house Browmng added that It
was not one WithOUt the help of the other staff and that her boss patd for all the food and
everythIng, It dId not come out of Jomt Powers funds It was suggested that a thank you
be sent to Peg Becker for those purchases and also to Great Northern Bank for the plant
