Attendees: Tim Guimont, Andy Swanson, Larry Sorensen, Mark Barthel, Jon Vetsch, Sharon Oakvik,

Park in Hunters Pass development
- Effective spring 2015, the city will take over management of the park in Hunters Pass development.
This was previously managed by the homeowners association. Committee discussed naming the park,
but tabled until the November meeting.
Signs for Linfield and Linwood Parks
- Signs are needed for both Linfield and Linwood Parks. Committee recommends installing a sign at
Linfield in 2015.
sign for Westwind Park
- The sign was installed in August.
Central Park
- The electrical receptacle has been installed in Central Park for the holiday tree. Xcel Energy needs to
connect power to the box.
Trees for Lions Park
- Committee recommends purchase and installation of five or six shade trees for Lions Park. Estimate is
$100 each. LeRoy and Tim will place stakes this month to mark their location.
Caboose
- The caboose is expected to arrive in October. LeRoy is working with BNSF, which might build the
footing and lay the track.
