Christmas decorations
- Five new Christmas decoration were installed along 57t" Street.
Lions holiday tree lighting
- Inaugural tree lighting ceremony will be December 7 starting at 2 pm.
Hockey rink boards
- Replaced eight damaged boards at the rink. More will be replaced as necessary.
Trees in parks
- Installed four trees at Winter Park, six at Lions, one at public works building and one at Linwood.
Parks night
- Sandy Greninger proposed changes that could affect the annual Explore Your Parks event. There will be
a discussion about this at the January meeting.
Caboose
- Anticipated delivery is week of December 1.
Rink attendant interviews
- About 12 people applied for rink attendant jobs. A list of recommendations will go to the council for its
meeting December 1. Job offers will be made on November 26.
Mark Barthel
- Mark has resigned as a member of the Parks Committee effective January 1, 2015.
