PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES
JUNE l2, 1986
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order
by Chairman Brian Bebeau. Members present included Herb Scherber,
Ray Vetsch and Donatus Vetsch. Others present included Maureen Andrews
and Don Berning.
There was a motion to approve the minutes of the May 22nd meeting.
The motion was made by Herb S. and seconded by Donatus V. All were in
favor.
The Public Hearing on Randy Lebsock's proposal to subdivide his
property was called to order. The records should show that Mr. Lebsock
was present but there were no neighbors present to raise any: objections.
There was some discussion regarding an peice of property which lays
between the property and the road easement that does not belong to
Lebsock. Randy asked that if the property was City owned that it be
noted that the future property er would be allowed to place a drive
way through the easement. Maureen was asked to check with Gary Meyer
reagarding this request.
There was a motion to recommend approval to the Council pending the
clearification of the City Attorney and City Engineer. The motion was
made by Donatus and seconded by Ray. All were in favor and the motion
passed.
There was a motion to close the Public Hearing made by Donatus V.
and seconded by Herb S. All were in favor.
Maureen updated the Planning Commission on the Shore land Management
Overlay Plan. Discussing the minor changes the Council made. Copies
of the final copy were handed out to each member.
The Public Hearing on the Psyk 4th Addition was called to order at
8:30 p.m. by the Chairman. Preseon present included Doug Psyk, Clem
Marxs and Virgil Pouliot. Doug discussed the preliminary plat for the
4th Addition. The records should show that there were no questions from
anyone present who had recieved notice.
On a motion by Herb S. and a second by Ray V. the preliminary plat
was approved by the Planning Commission and forwarded to the City Council
for their review and approval. .
There was a motion made by Ray V. and seconded by Herb S. to close
the Public Hearing. All were in favor.
LeRoy Berning was present to discuss the plats for Barthel Manor
and Barthel Maple Hills. The Planning Commission requested a letter from

located on the north side of 50th Street and runs north~655 feet to 51st
Street.
At said time and place the Albertville Planning Commission shall give all
parties who appear an opportunity to express their views with respect to the

Bob Rohlin of ~-Rohlin regarding a clearification on irregular shaped
lots. With this clearification there was a motion to recommend to the
Council that they grant final approvel of the two plats--Barthel's
Maple Hills and Barthel's Manor. The motion was made by Ray V. and
seconded by Donatus V. All were in favor.
There was a request to cancel the June 26th meeting .of the Planning
Commission due to a conflicting meeting. : ,Everyone.Jwas in agreement.
Since there was no other business the meeting was adjourned on a motion
made by Herb S. and seconded by Ray V. All members were in favor and the
meeting was closed.
