. Replat of Park View Place 2ad Addition
(Christian Builders, applicant)
Chair Brown opened the Public Hearing at 7 :03 p.m.
Chair Brown turned it over to the City Planner Brixius. He briefly went over the site
plan. He went over the staff memo and the recommendations.
Budde asked if the porches would be in the front or the rear of the homes.
Representative from Christian Builders clarified that the porches would be located in
the rear of the homes.
Klecker had a question on Block 3, Lots 1-5. In the rear of the building is a pond.
Would the porches get too close to the pond or is there enough room for the porch?
He also was concerned about the Fire Department having enough room to get back
there should a fire brake out.
They would be considered 3- or 4- season porches. They would be either screen-in
or all enclosed.
