Rob Rich - Albertville - was hoping that the commission would look at the future
signage issue throughout Albertville.
Another resident had question about the site - what the history was. There was not
an intersection at Cty Rd 19 and 37. County Road 37 was re-aligned a number of
years ago.
City Planner Sherman was going to look at the history of the commercial zoned
area. To the best of her knowledge the site has always been zoned commercial.
Robyn Krause - Albertville resident was hoping this meeting was about the current
pylon sign. She expressed her opinion that she feels there is no hardship and to not
allow the additional sign.
Scott Larson - Albertville commented how the SIgnS have affected the
neighborhood( s).
It was brought up that originally in 1987 the site was platted. The lots were
supposed to be adjoining the freeway.
Going back to the signs - residents wanted to know if they are suppose to be going
off at night?
