This letter will confirm the order in which documents are to be recorded relating to the
filing of the Hunters Pass Plat and Developer's Agreement between the City of
Albertville and Hunters Development, LLC. The order of recording should be as
follows:
1. Hunters Pass Plat.
2. Hunters Pass Developer's Agreement.
3. Warranty Deed Conveying Outlots A & B in Hunters Pass to the City of Albertville.
4. Wetlands, Storm Water Pond and County Ditch Restrictions and Covenants.
5. Homeowners Association Documents for Hunters Pass.
6. Declarations of Covenants, etc. for Hunters Pass.
7. Any mortgages or other conveyancing documents.
