Pond Easement-Dentist Office
Dear Pete,
I am following up on what you found out on the pond easement for the new dentist office in
Albertville. As we stated at the meeting with the city no one has ever contacted us about using our pond
for there storm water. That pond was designed to handle the storm water for our development. We have
a lot of cost in that pond and will need to be compensated if other parties are allowed to us our facilities.
It has also changed the location of our trail. The new location may not be attainable as it appears to be
very low and wet.
If you would review this ASAP and let me know what you find out.
