RE: Albertville Crossing
Wetland Monitoring
BMI No. T 15.2 i 660
Dear Bill:
On August 2, 2007, Colleen Allen, Wright County SWCD, Kelly Kunst, Kjolhaug
Environmental, and I visited the Albertville Crossing wetland mitigation area to review
the monitoring progress of the site.
The wetland itself looks good, although there are questions of the depth of the water. The
buffer vegetation seems to be dominated by invasive plant species, not by the species
originally cal'ied out in the permit application. Also, it seems that the buffer maybe
steeper then the planned 5:1 maximum slopes.
Could you please supply us with the as-built survey drawings of the site, the proof of
recording, as well as a plan to restore the buffer vegetation to the original specifications.
If you have any questions please feel free to call at anytime
Sincerely,
Bolton & Menk, Inc.
