Raatikka Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. 222 Monroe Street Anoka, MN 55303 Re: Potter's Commercial Park Dear Mr. Raatikka: Enclosed are two sets of revised preliminary plans for the above-referenced plat. The plat is submitted in reply to comments in your letter to Frankfort Township dated June 5, 1989. We have revised the grading and drainage plan to show an approximate location of future building sites and drainfield areas. We are proposing filling to 954.5 for the sites with a building floor elevation at 955.0. Percolation tests and site evaluations will be completed at the time of application for a building permit. We have on file a permit issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for filling in portions of the wetlands. The wetland is not a DNR-protected wetland. The developer intends to construct a pond in the northwest corner of Outlot A in compliance with the Corps of Engineer's permit and is not in favor of a drainage easement over the entire Outlot A. A drainage easement could be given covering the pond and waterways from Interstate 94 to the pond and to the existing the on MacKenzie Avenue at the time of construction. The developer has informed us that he has received permission to use the existing access off County Highway No. 37 into Lot 1, Block 1 and will obtain a permit from the County Engineer. Thore P.
