Michael Potter presented ?pis proposal for Potter`s Commercial
Park. C,-f the total acreage, only 6-6 1/2 acres are usable.

Potter also explained that Wright County has agreed to grant

verification at this time. The driveway into Lot i, Block 1 must
be at least 456 feet back Pram MacKenzie Avenue NE to allow for a
future right turn lane. Gutiot A is an unbui.ldable lot because of
drainage problems. Potter plans to haul in granular fill,
