We noted the following: 1. A curb settlement at 10292 Karston Court. The settlement must be repaired. We recommend mud jacking be performed to raise the settled curb. 2. The street surface has been damaged throughout the development. We recommend seal coating the street to repair the damaged surface. If the work identified above is not completed by August 1, 2005, the City will arrange to perform the work and will draw from the existing letter of credit to cover the cost of the work.
