Albertville, MN 55301 RE: Letter of Credit #45-00 Release for Cedar Creek South 6th Addition Dear Mr. Carlson, members of the Council: We have finished the final lift, site signage and all the landscaping for this development per the approved development plans. The utilities were previously accepted in November of 2002 at the conclusion of the warranty period. All landscaping has passed its warranty period as well. Final pavement has been installed and has no issues. Turn Lanes have been completed by Wright County DOH. During this calendar year we completed all of the remaining issues of our development agreement. Please release the letter of credit back to us prior to year end. Please commence the satisfaction of development agreement for the project with confirmation to Kent Roessler of Pilot Land Development and Woodside Communities, attention Don Jensen. INH Management Company of St. Cloud is now fully coordinating the site maintenance responsibilities for our Homeowners Association. The original surety to eliminate is as follows: Cedar Creek South 6th Utility Warranty Jason Court $ 52,775 * 0% $ 39,444 * 0% $ 7,706 * 0% $ 0000 $0 $0,000 $0 $0,000 Street work completed with 0% warranty Landscaping and Irrigation at $2500 per DU Work left to complete for paving & adjustments none left Project Total security in letters of credit Please issue confirmation to our surety holder Northeast State Bank and us regarding the release ofthis letter of credit. As SEH can verify, all work was completed per City standards.
