Dear Mr. Hale:
Please fmd attached copies of the Development Stage Plan submittal for Center Oaks. Also
attached are copies of the final plat for Center Oaks Second Addition, which is in conformance with
the Development Stage Plan submitted.
A summary of changes from the approved Concept Plan is as noted below, referencing the
Development Stage Plan.
1) Proposed trail locations are shown.
2) Typographical error of number of dwelling units proposed per phase, as noted in the title
block area, was corrected. Phase lines did not change.
3) Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 were adjusted due to Outlot E of Parkside Third Addition not
shown correctly on Concept Plan. The adjustment will reduce the lot size to 14856 sf and
12526 sf for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 respectively.
4) Lot 1 of Block 5 adjusted due to Outlot I of Parkside Third Addition not shown correctly
on the Concept Plan. The adjustment maintains a minimum 15000 sf lot size.
Grading and erosion control of the project is as proposed in the Grading Improvement Project
previous submitted.
