SECOND PLAN REVIEW
Dear Ms. Kipka:
We have completed our review of the revised plans submitted on July 9 and 13, 1998, and offer
the following comments:
· This project still shows 1,200 feet of watermain that will be not be . looped until the next
phase of this development is ,constructed. Plans for the next phase have not been
submitted for review to this date. It is my understanding that the developer's engineers have
discussed possible solutions to the problems caused by long temporary dead end
watermains with the Joint Powers' staff. .
. All other comments from our first review have been addressed.
The plans' as revised comply with the Joint Powers Water Board's Standards for watermain
oonstruction, with the exoeption of the temporary dead end ma,in Issue. If the Board can find a
solution to this issue, we recommend approval of the plans as revised.
For the Boards information, this development contains 24 lots, which will result in an estimated
water usage of 2,680,000 glillons per year when all houses are built.
If you have any questions about this review, please call me.
Sincerely I
, Howard R. Green Company
