2002-02-25 New Sidewalk Along 57th St NE " PILOT LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY February 25, 2002 Mr. and Mrs. Fehr or Current Residents 5750 Kalland Ave. NE Albertville, MN 55301 HE: New sidewalk aloD2 57th Street Dear Fehrs or new neighbors: This letter confirms our schedule to construct a sidewalk from the intersection of 57th and Kalland to the east towards Casey's during April. Last August, we informed you of the goals of the City in establishing a pedestrian connection to the store. This work did not occur last fall due to weather. Our concrete contractor, Independent Curb of Buffalo will perform this work. They will remove some turf and pour a pedestrian ramp along with sidewalk up to your driveway. The sidewalk will then continue from your driveway to Casey's. We understood from previous letters that there is not an irrigation system on the yard in this area. There is no cost to you for this work. Our contractor will be responsible to provide sod restoration upon completion. However, it is likely they will be able to pour the concrete before sod is available. Regardless, when it is available it will be installed by our subcontractor. This work is planned to occur within the road right of way which is a distance of about 14' behind the curb.
