I have reviewed the revised site plans and drainage calculations submitted for the proposed construction
of Parkside Commercial Center. I am also in receipt of your letter (dated 6120/05) identifying
modifications to the high water elevation and emergency overflow elevation for the pond. I have the
following comments:
1. The high water elevation (HWL) of the storm water pond is 956.50. The emergency overflow
elevation is also 956.50.
2. Riprap for the pond emergency overflow shall be Class III.
3. The developer is responsible for securing permits from MPCA (sanitary sewer extension), MDH
(water main extension), and MPCA (NPDES storm water). A storm water pollution prevention plan
(SWPPP) is also required.
The plans are hereby approved subject to the conditions identified above.
