Gentlemen/Ladies:
Subject: REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Regardin:g Parkside
Commercial Center Site Construction Plan, Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota,
Plan No. 060229
We are NOT able to grant approval at this time of the plans and specifications submitted for
the above-designated project. The following comments outline the changes and/or additional
information that must be submitted so that we can further evaluate the plans and specifications
for compliance with the standards of this department:
REQUlREMENT(S):
1. It is understood that the installation will be in accordance with previously approved
specifications (city of Albertville, April, 1998).
2. The disinfection of the watermain shall be performed according to A WW A Standard C 651.
If the tablet or continuous feed methods are used, the completed watermain shall be
disinfected for 24 hours with at least 50 ppm available chlorine, with a residual of at least
10 ppm throughout the length of the main at the end of the 24-hour period.
NOTE(S):
1. Plans show no connection of proposed watermain to existing system.
Please submit the requested information promptly so we may complete our plan review. No
construction related to the above-referenced plans shall begin until approval is provided by
our office. When submitting additional information, please refer to Plan No. 060229.
