Louis Park, Minnesota 55416 and U.S. Mail 952.653.2120 Dear Alan: Premier Development Group, Inc. has been diligently pursuing the necessary municipal approvals for the above referenced project. Following our meeting with City staff on February 22nd, our engineer and architect have completed numerous revisions and made the necessary submittals for a public hearing and planning commission meeting on April 12, 2005. During this time we have also been meeting with the adjacent property owners regarding the project and our proposed landscape screening design. (We have obtained approval signatures from 4 out of 5 of the neighbors, and a copy of the signatures is enclosed.) The project architect has also started to prepare construction drawings with our intent to apply for building permit following our anticipated approvals by City Council on April 18th. We have learned that the City neglected to publish notice of public hearing in time to hold the public hearing on April 12, however we understand that we remain on the agenda for the April 12 Planning Commission meeting. At this time we are uncertain as to the approval timing for our PUD/CUP application, and ultimately, our building permit approval. We are writing to urge you and the City to please make any necessary accommodations, or to expedite our public hearing and approval process, so as to make up for the time lost in waiting for a new public hear date. It is critical that construction start on or about May 15th in order to fulfill our completion commitment to our commercial office users. Please let us know what materials, presentations or meetings you require from us to accomplish this expeditious approval. ( Roger D.
