Based on 34 years of expenence, Midwest Landscapes reviewed the
landscape plan designed by Lampert Architects dated 3- I 5-05. After analyzmg the
plan, It IS our professional opinion that the species of plant matenall1sted on the plan,

proposed by Premier Development Group, Inc. along the western boundary of the Lot 2,

Provided the plantings and building design are constructed and installed as represented by
the developer, we accept the planting and visual screening plan as proposed, as an
adequate buffer between our rear yard and the proposed new office building.
