Dear Mr. Johnson:
I met with Bob Heuring today to discuss a number of issues related to the removal of the farm buildings
with the subject project. As you may recall, Gold Key Development arranged to have the buildings
removed. One of the building locations was almost entirely on Mr. Heuring's property. This location
requires additional grading and fill material to match the existing grades around the old building pad.
Please make arrangements to have your contractor perform the necessary grading before freeze-up occurs
this fall. .
