Re: Prairie Run-Heuring Development Agreement Default.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Heuring:
It has come to the attention of the City of Albertville that the farm buildings described in the
Prairie Run Planned Unit Development Agreement ("Agreement") dated August 6, 2004 have not
been removed from your property on the plat of Prairie Run as required by paragraphs 1.A 5. of
the Agreement. This letter shall serve as notice that the City is declaring you in default of
paragraphs 1.A. 5. of the Agreement. If this default is not corrected within 30 days of the date of
mailing of this letter, the City will begin legal proceedings to enforce the agreement. Please note
that under the Agreement, you will be liable for all of the City's costs of enforcing the agreement,
including attorney's fees.
Please remove the farm buildings as described above from the property immediately. If you have
any questions regarding this matter, please have your attorney contact me. Thank you.
