Dear Messrs. Hale & Couri:
Our office represents Cottages of Albertville, LLC who is the developer of the above referenced plat.
We have been advised by Michael Couri, the City Attorney, that the only issue which has been placed
on the May 20, 1997 Council Meeting, regarding this plat, is the approval of the tax increment tInancing.
It is our understanding that the other matters which require resolution to obtain final approval include:
1. Approval of the planned unit development;
2. Final plat approval; and
3. Approval of the proposed Developer's Agreement.
It is our request that a special meeting of the Albertville City Council be held to address these issues.
Please advise our office if this request is sufficient or if an additional application and filing fee should
be forwarded to the City.
Our office is aware that the City Council has a busy agenda. It is our hope that the City will consider a
special meeting request as any delay will result in a substantial cost being incurred by our client.
