The revision includes shifting two precincts from St. Michael from District 3 to District 4 and moving Albertville from District 4 to District 3. With the change, the population difference between the largest and smallest district is just 806. Under the original configuration, or if the boundaries were left unchanged, the difference was almost 4,000.
