Dear Mr. Feneis:
This letter is in response to your application for Albertville -
Senior Housing to be located on property adjacent to CSAH 19 and
57th Street NE.
We are in receipt of your zoning application and check for deposit
on related fees. However, we cannot start the 60 day rule processing
until we are in receipt of the following items of information:
1) Grading & Drainage Plan, 2) Landscape Plan, 3) Architectual
Plan, 4) Platting/Sub-division Plan and lighting and other related
utility requirements. Additionally, we will require a copy of
the association agreement that you would propose (sample of comparable
project) for city attorney review.
With the submission of the items specified in this letter, I would
anticipate that we could begin processing of your application under
the 60 day rule. Thank you in advance for Y9ur assistance with this
matter.
