To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Albertville, Wright County, Minnesota, will meet in
the Council Chambers of the Albertville City Hall, 5975 Main Avenue
NE, Albertville, MN, the 8th day of April, 1997, at 7:00 PM, or as
soon thereafter as possibl e, to consider an amendment to the
Comprehensive Plan (December 1996) eo amend the proposed land use
from commercial and low densi ty residential to medium density
residential designation for the property legally described as:
Outlot A, Parks ide Addition; and
That part of the East 500.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 2, Township 120, Range 24 West, Wright County,
Minnesota, that lies south of Parkside Third Addition, a duly
recorded plat.
All persons desiring to be heard in connection with the
consideration of the above-mentioned action are hereby requested to
be present at said meeting to make their objections, i fany, to
said action.
