The City of Albertville has received your application for a zoning change for your property a 6062 Lambert Ave. In review
of the material that was dropped off with the application we find that your application is incomplete. Per Minnesota
statutes 15.99, we are on behalf of the city, notifying you of the incomplete application and that the following information
must be submitted for the application to proceed to the planning commission and city council.
1. We need an elevation illustrating the proposed silo. This may be a manufacturer's detail or a photograph that illustrates
the silo's appearance, exterior materials or finish and structure height.
2. We need a narrative of describing Particle Control's operation and uses to outline the land uses to be allowed within
the PUD zoning district. Some Company history and description of your operations will be useful in demonstrating to the
planning commission and city council that your business fits your site and the neighborhood.
