Michael, MN 55376 He: 1992-3 Improvement Project utilities and Street Improvements Psyks Fifth Addition, Albertville, MN Dear Mike; Attached you shall find an easement drawing and descriptions for two perpetual easements which will be required for construction of the above-referenced project. These easements must be acquired from Mr. psyk prior to initiation of construction. The City Council, at its September 8th council meeting, established an October 13th bid date on the project. We would like to have the easements in place by that time in order to initiate the construction as soon as contracts are awarded by the Council. In addition, we would like Mr. psyk to provide a temporary easement, which could be somewhat broadly worded, to allow for construction access to Mr. Psyk's surrounding property, outside of the plat. We would suggest something like the following: "A Temporary Construction Easement over a ISO-foot strip of property adjacent to and parallel wi th the plat boundary of Psyks Fifth Addition, except that part platted as Psyks Fourth Addition. Said easement to expire July 1, 1994. II Please note that the descriptions for the perpetual easements cite the final plat for Psyks Fifth Addition as the starting points for the boundaries for the descriptions. To date this plat has not been recorded; therefore the easements would not be valid until such time as the final recording of the plat.
