1994-04-25 MPCA Permit Minnesota Pollution Control Agency PERKIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A DISPOSAL SYSTEK CITY OF ALBERTVILLE Yright County Pursuant to authorization by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), and in accordance vith the provisions of Minn. Stat. chs. 115 and 116, plans are approved and a permit is hereby granted to the above-referenced Permittee for the construction and operation of a sanitary sever extension in Albertville, Minnesota. The facilities viII consist of 350 linear feet of 8 inch sanitary sever pipe. The facilities are further described in MPCA approved plans and specifications designated as: "Psyks Sixth Addition Utilities and Street Improvement Project, Albertville, MN" received April 1, 1994, prepared by Meyer-Rohlin, Inc. for the city of Albertville. It is the Permittee's responsibility to assure compliance vith any special conditions and the general conditions that are required by this permit. This includes taking all necessary measures needed to comply, including, but not limited to, the notification of contractors or others vho may be carrying ou~ this vork.
