Dear Mr. Miller,
In accordance with your request, I am forwarding a legal
description and exhibit drawing for a drainage easement that
covers the storm drainage pond that is outside the plat boundary.
Our records indicate that a description was generated for a
drainage easement, in this approximate area, as part of the psyk
Fifth Addition project. Attached is a copy of the drawing with
description and a copy of the cover letter by Norm Gartner. The
old easement does not cover the entire storm pond area. Could
you research this and determine if the easement was ever recorded
or not? Please let me know of your findings.

120, Range 24, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the southwest comer
of Lot 1 Block 4 Psyks Fifth Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the County Recorder, Wright County, Minnesota; thence South 81 degrees 54 minutes 49
seconds East, plat bearing along the south line of said Lot 1 Block 4, a distance of 54.57 feet to the
southeast comer of said Lot 1 Block 4; thence South 71 degrees 54 minutes 34 seconds East, a
distance of 655.00 feet; thence South 27 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 113.38
feet; thence North 62 degrees 44 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 611.63 feet; thence North
81 degrees 54 minutes 49 seconds West, a distance of 81.88 feet; thence North 0 degrees 07 minutes
01 second East, a distance of 20.20 feet to the point of beginning.

Psyks Fifth Addition, Albertville, MN
Dear Mike;
Attached you shall find an easement drawing and descriptions for
two perpetual easements which will be required for construction of
the above-referenced project. These easements must be acquired
from Mr. Psyk prior to initiation of construction. The City
Council, at its September 8th council meeting, established an
October 13th bid date on the project. We would like to have the
easements in place by that time in order to initiate the
construction as soon as contracts are awarded by the Council.
In addition, we would like Mr. psyk to provide a temporary
easement, which could be somewhat broadly worded, to allow for
construction access to Mr. Psyk's surrounding property, outside of
the plat. We would suggest something like the following:
"A Temporary Construction Easement over a ISO-foot strip of
prope rty adjacent to and parallel wi th the plat boundary of
Psyks Fifth Addition, except that part platted as Psyks
Fourth Addition. Said easement to expire July 1, 1994."
Please note that the descriptions for the perpetual easements cite
the final plat for Psyks Fifth Addition as the starting points for
the boundaries for the descriptions. To date this plat has not
been recorded; therefore the easements would not be valid until
such time as the final recording of the plat.
