Applicant and/or landowner understands that applicant and/or
landowner (s) shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City in
processing this application, including engineering, planning, attorney,
inspection, publication, and other fees and expenses necessary in
processing this application. Applicant and/or landowner must pay all
such fees and expenses within thirty (30) days of billing by the city.
Applicant and landowner agree that if applicant or landowner fail to pay
said fees and expenses within thirty (30) days of billing, the City is
hereby authorized to specially assess said fees and expenses against the
property upon which this application is submitted. Applicant
acknowledges that the above fees and expenses shall be in addition to
Sewer Access Charges, Water Access Charges, Building Permit Fees,
Inspection Fees, Subdivision Fees, and other fees which may by law or
ordinance apply.
Applicant understands that the costs of processing this application
may exceed the deposit amount listed on page 1 of this application, and
that applicant and/or landowner will be responsible for all costs
incurred by the City in processing this application, even if said costs
exceed the deposit listed on page 1.

foot wide strip of land eo Lots 1 and 2, Block 2 of Psyk third
Addition.
The strip of land which the applieant 1s proposing to add to the
lots has not been previously platted. Therefore, the City's
Subdivision Ordinance requires the applieant to follow thQ
preliminary and. final plae.t1ng procedures and submission
requirements as opposed to an a~~inis:rative or minor subdivieiort.
This requires a pUblic hearing, as well as Planning Commission and
Council review and approval.

In addition t.o the public hearing for the preliminary plat, a.
PUblic hearing for the proposed vaClation of the drainage and
utility easemenc is ~lso required.
Due to the minimal number of issues involved with this p~oposed
replae, it is re~OI'(\ffiended that. the puJ:>lic hearing for easement
vacation and the p~eliminary and final plat be processed
simultaneously. This will allow the request to proceed quiekly a.nd
minimize costs for the developer and tEe City.
