To accommodate the positive overflow drainage, the side yard easement along the common lot line between Lots 2 and 3, Block 6 shall be increased to 10 feet. 2. To accommodate the positive overflow drainage and storm sewer, the side yard easement along the common lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block 3 shall be increased to 15 feet. Preliminary Grading Plan 3. The garage floor and look out elevations of Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, shall be raised 0.5 feet. 4. The look out or walkout elevations of Lots 12-14, Block 4, shall be raised 0.5 feet. 5. Provide a swale detail for the positive overflow between Lots 2 and 3, Block 6, and Lots 3 and 4, Block 3. 6. The positive overflow elevations and directions shall be clearly shown on the grading plan. 7. Provide spot elevations between the storm water detention pond and 62nd Street. Preliminary Utility Plan 8. Add a hydrant at Lots8/9, Block 2. For your information, the Albertville City Council recently decided all newly constructed homes shall have the sump pump discharge installed according to the attached details. This installation shall occur prior to the City issuing a certificate of occupancy for the new home. Please call me if you have any questions.
