Re: Parks ide Addition
Honorable Mayor and City Council:
As per the Council's directions, we are amending the Parks ide
Addition feasibility report by the addition of a gravity sanitary
sewer from the proposed lift station site to the southerly boundary
of the Westwind Park area. This will provide for a future gravity
flow conduit fromthe Parks ide Addition at such time the collector
trunk line is constructed to serve the southwest area of
Albertville (west of County Road 19). Any future assessment for the
sewer line at the time of hookup would then be eliminated.
The estimated addi tional cost, including engineering fees, would
be:
