This will provide for a future gravity flow conduit fromthe Parks ide Addition at such time the collector trunk line is constructed to serve the southwest area of Albertville (west of County Road 19). Any future assessment for the sewer line at the time of hookup would then be eliminated. The estimated addi tional cost, including engineering fees, would be: Gravity sanitary sewer Contingencies & engineering Addendum to Parkside feasibility $7,000 $1,600 $8,600 The above estimate does not include bonding, fees. These should be added to the figure addendum cost. financing and legal to provide a total The above addendum is feasible as proposed, will benefit the abutting Parks ide Addition, and should be fully assessed to the developer.
