RE: utilities and street Improvement Project

Albertville, Minnesota
Dear Mr. Sjoblad:
This letter is to document my conversations with NSP I S employee
Mr. Dennis Lang and homeowner Ms. Angela Anderson (6019 Kalland
Drive NE) on December 6, 1993.
Ms. Anderson had called the city offices questioning NSP's right
to bury cable on her lot without proper notification and
easements. After investigation and the above-mentioned conversa-
tions, Ms. Anderson has been informed that the proper easements
are in place extending 21.5' back of the existing curb. Mr. Long
and myself have both assured Ms. Anderson that her yard will be
restored to an equal-to-or-better-than condition once spring
arrives. Ms. Anderson has requested that she receive proper notice
before any additional work is completed on her property in the
future.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
MEYER-ROHLIN, INC.
