Ms. Anderson had called the city offices questioning NSP's right to bury cable on her lot without proper notification and easements. After investigation and the above-mentioned conversa- tions, Ms. Anderson has been informed that the proper easements are in place extending 21.5' back of the existing curb. Mr. Long and myself have both assured Ms. Anderson that her yard will be restored to an equal-to-or-better-than condition once spring arrives. Ms. Anderson has requested that she receive proper notice before any additional work is completed on her property in the future. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
