I have scheduled on July 28, 1993, at 9:00 AM. copy of an application for copy of the preliminary plat the above referenced Parkside them to attend our staff meeting Would you please review our Subdivision Ordinance, A-800.4 which currently reads as follows: "The deposit or security shall equal sixty (60) percent of the City Engineer's estimate." The City Council has determined that all future letters of credit shall equal 100% of the City Engineer's estimate. The Council also wants to include terminology stating that the percentage may be changed at the City Council's discretion by resolution.
