On behalf of the City of Albertville, SER is requesting record drawings for the subject project. Record
drawings are to include ties to gate valves and curb stops, as-built elevations of sanitary sewer structures
(top of casting and invert), as-built elevations of storm sewer structures (top of casting and invert), as-
built elevations for storm water ponds, and any other changes from the City-approved plans.
Please forward a copy of the record drawings to me for review by January 20, 2006.
