The Shoppes at Towne Lakes
Dear Mr. Moberg,
The public utilities have been installed, tested, and the streets paved with the final lift of
asphalt in the above referenced projects. The landscaping improvements except for the
private landscaping in the 4th Addition have been installed in general accordance with
the landscape plans. City staff has performed a walk thru of the public improvements
and any corrections were made prior to the final wear course. Therefore, we respectfully
request that the City consider formal acceptance the public street and utility
improvements so that the two year warranty period may commence.
The following is a status of the Letters of Credits (LOC):
. Towne Lakes 3rd - #6512-95 balance $155,100
. Towne Lakes 4th - See attachment
. Shoppes at Towne Lakes - #6512-96 balance $88,350
Pursuant to the development agreements we request that these LOC's be reduced to
10% of the original amount.
We would appreciate if our request could be presented at the next available City Council
meeting for consideration. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
