Dear Fran:
I reviewed the above referenced grading plan dated May 7,2003, and have the following comments:
1. Sheet 2: Lower the high point on West Laketowne Drive, adjacent to Pond 3, to 957.80 to
ensure positive overflow will flow east, along West Laketowne Drive and not inundate
CSAH 19.
2. Lower the high point at intersection of Langford Drive and Lamplight Drive to 9~6.60. This
will provide a positive overflow elevation 0.5 feet below the walkout elevations along
Private Drive No.3.
3. Indicate a positive overflow elevation of 955.80 along west property line of Lot 1, Block 3.
The storm water detention ponds are sized in accordance with City standards. Our office is still
reviewing the storm sewer pipe sizes and will provide comments with the street and utility plan
review. Please call me with any questions.
