I believe a condition to this effect was incorporated in the Developers Agreement. We will have an architectural review committee (arc) review and approve all home building plans prior to construction. We request that the city not issue any permit before arc has approved the design. Again, we would be happy to work with staff in developing a submittal process Le. form or stamp on. the plans to help monitor. 8. Due to our landscape requirements, we request that the building department withhold the issuance of an occupancy certificate until you have received an approval form from us.
