Present:Pat Adamski,Leroy Berning,Alanna Lau,Lauryn White,Tim Guimont,Rob Olson

1.Central Park Playground –Representatives from Midwest Playscapes and Landscape
Structures presented updated designs for the Central Park playground.Tim will send
around the designs and pricing information for the committee to review,with the
expectation of selecting a single vendor at the January meeting.
2.Youth Baseball Advertising –The group received a proposal from the Youth Baseball
Association to allow placement of advertisement banners on the city park fields.The
committee was in favor of the idea.Adam will draft a policy for City Council to consider.
3.Parks Committee –The committee voted to cancel the December meeting and elected
new officers:Chair–Lauryn White,Vice Chair–Pat Adamski,Secretary–Alanna Lau
4.Parks Night –The group opted to change the date for the 2024 “Explore Your Parks”
event to Thursday,May 16.
